How to
self publish with GoodBooks?

Self publishing is already the choice for authors
who want to get their book out, their way. New print
technologies like print on demand, digital printing
and on demand publishing now allow books to be more
customized and inexpensive to produce.
In the past there was a stigma attached to
self-published books because they were
unprofessional looking, shabby and ill-written. This
is no longer the case, especially if you work with a
self publishing company that can guide you through
the steps of creating professional-looking book. A
reputable company has a reputation to maintain and
will ensure that your book is a good representation
of what they can do.
Self-publishing gives you control of the process.
You approve the cover you want, receive guidance on
book elements such as the cover, content, layout and
in some cases, marketing.
In addition, with GoodBooks you own 100% of all your
books. You can order just the quantity you want. For
example, GoodBooks has had clients order 12 copies
(poetry) to 1,000 books (non-fiction hardcover). We
do not charge you to buy your own book!

You do. You are the publisher of your book, not
GoodBooks Publishing. GoodBooks simply works with
you to get your book ready for print. Once the book
is complete you decide if you want GoodBooks to
print it. Or, you can take your completed book to
print on demand publishers of your choice.
You own your book 100%. This includes copyright, all
copies, all rights to the book and its content. The
book is registered in your name, and will be
published under your name or your company/business
name. To that end, ISBN numbers and Catalogue in
Print (CIP) data are registered in the client’s
name, so you have full control of your book.
